Hello,
I workout intensely 4-5 times a week. My goal is to lose 5 more lbs (of fat or course) and get lean. I realized I would perhaps benefit from a protein powder and so I tried the Vega line. LOVE the taste of the Vega Performance-Vanilla (30g of protein, with BCAA and other benefits). I also tried The All-In-One (20g of protein), with greens, Omega, fibre, and etc.. the taste isnt too bad
I would prefer to buy the Vega Performance but I wonder if its not necessary or perhaps unhealthy for my goal?
any advice would be appreciated. xo
Thank you.

What health problems are you worried about?
No protein powder is *necessary* (we can live and meet our goals without them), but if you enjoy the taste and find it convenient, why wouldn't that be sufficient?0
