Getting back at it!

So Im back, I've done this before and starting over after multiple knee injury's and recently being told I have high blood pressure I need to get in shape. I've been eating healthy for at least the last week consistently and I just did my first workout which was pretty pathetic as I got halfway through the 30 day shred. I am super paranoid of hurting my knee as my most recent injury was in December which I still walk a tiny bit different just with stairs. Any recommendations and tips are appreciated
