Hello everyone I am working on living health and fit starting a week ago I have lost 2.5lb
So far . I am looking for ideas for healthy foods on the go as I am always working and have very limited time to cook and prepare foods.
I have one fast food sandwich that is good as far as low carb & sugar it's called Jimmy Johns. No bread unwitch. It is made with big lettuces leaves as the wrapper . If you can share your findings with me thanks
