4lbs down in 2 weeks!

Hi every one! I joined my fitness pal 2 weeks ago! I have been logging and tracking on her and using my Fitbit! I am soo happy that I have lost 5lbs within 2 weeks! I feel so happy about it and better too!

    Morning... please can you help me as I am using the Fitbit and my fitness pal.... exercising 4 times a week, although short sessions and calorie counting with calories left every night and I have only lost 1Lb in 2 weeks.... I need some help I don't know what I am doing wrong and ready to give up!!!

    I started this week. Fast days Mon and Thursday. Lost 3.4 1bs. Can't believe it. No exercise at all. Well done to all who stick to 5-2. Off to burn cals now by cleaning car!

    I rejoined after having a baby, and let me tell you, the weight wants to stay!! Updating my Fitbit today and will need to vamp up my friends list for some competition to get me going!
