Hey guys,
I've struggled with weight issues for as long as I can remember I've tried many different ways but nothing seems to be working. I was hoping to get some help and motivation from everyone on here as it is a great community.

I was hoping that we can all help each other and motivate each other to reach our goal weights and post weekly updates. We can also share any recipes or fitness tips that we have to help each other.

My starting/current weight is 211.4lb (15.1st)
Goal weight: 140lb (10st)
Amount to lose: 71.4lb (5.1st)

    I'm in! I started my weight loss journey (again) this past Monday. So I will list my current weight as of Monday 1/30. We CAN do this!

    Current weight 219

    I've massively slowed down on my weight loss in the last few weeks so hoping to get back on track in Feb.

    Starting Weight: 241lbs (25/9/16)
    Current Weight: 199lbs
    Goal Weight: 140lbs
    59lbs to go! Feels impossible

    Loss 3.2 pounds

    Count me in too!
    I just hit a plateau and have only lost 4 pounds in 2 months. So trying to kick it up a little bit more and see if I can get the scale moving in the right direction
