Hi there! I am a 45 yr young fitness instructor, focusing mainly on cardio over the past 10 years (besides weights used for teaching bootcamps, etc.). Decided I was determined to change my body once and for all, and started a strength program. Looking for other people wishing to do the same. Feel free to friend me, my diary is open. My arms and upper body change a heck of a lot quicker than my legs. Would love to get muscular legs and glutes. Ready to make that happen! Been eating based on macros. Advice and suggestions welcome. Let's do this!

43 and need some motivation to keep getting better. I do light weights a couple of times per week, mainly cardio. Would love to tone up and continue to improve my cardio - running.
