Good morning lads/gents!!
I'm excited that the week is coming to an end. It means that we are moving into a new week and reaching closer to our goals.

How was your week? For those who don't respond, I hope it went well!

By the way, Happy February! From what I can see based on my friend list, February is looking like 28 days of hard work and success.

    I got off track a bit. A hectic work schedule kept me out of the gym two days in a row and my eating was sloppy. But it could have been much worse. Had a good leg workout yesterday and I'm heading to the gym now so it's all good!

    I understand that I had the same chaos with my work last week. But nothing is better than knowing where you fall short and adjusting. Great job!!!

    Yeah, this week coming up is looking to be hectic as well. But that's just the nature of my job. Headed to target for some much needed meal prep...
