Cooking Spray - do you count it?

I don't log it. Sometimes I think I should because I use a lot of it. I don't log my paprika or cayenne seasoning either. I keep a deficit that makes up for this. It hadn't impacted maintenance nor my losses when I get out of my maintenance weight range.2

I log 1 tbsp vegetable oil once a week to account for all the little sprays throughout the week.4

Oh I like this idea... I will have to use this once I get closer to my goal and have to start tightening up my counting more!!!0 -
I don't, nor do I count seasonings that say they are 0 calories. I have a big enough deficit to not worry about it, plus MFP doesn't log all of my steps because I don't carry my phone with me all day, so I assume they cancel each other out.0
