Example would be Lemon Chicken Pasta
1. Dice up a 12oz chicken breast (110kcal servings 3) and cook with 1tbs of lemon pepper (0kcal)
2. Boil a box of Barilla bow ties (200kcal servings 6)
3. Zest a lemon and squeeze out the juice. (17kcal)
4. Mix all of the above together (1547kcal servings 3) (516kcal per serving)

Not looking for all the rest as I would then plug it into MFP. Prices would be dandy too! Total cost 1.99lb/chicken (1.50 for 12oz), 1.19/Barilla Bow ties, .33/lemon -Total for three people $3.23 after tax.

https://www.budgetbytes.com/ is a great resource for costs separated out. For calories and the rest, you could just plug it into the recipe builder, but she has a lot of well balanced healthy dishes.

I second budget bytes. Things will vary in price depending on your area (a few things on her lists are triple the price in Aus), but in general they're really good if you're trying to get the basics of a food budget planned.

P.S The weeknight blackbean chili and Italian wonderpot are by far my fav recipes on the site.

Quite a few of the bigger recipe websites have a nutritional info panel these days. If you have a search, you'll find them. If not, the MFP recipe builder works well most of the time.
