Hey there everybody :-)

I have tried to lose weight off and on for about 15 years. This seems to be the time where I am finally getting it together and being more mindful about not emotionally eating, making sure I'm more active, and slowly but surely working on eating better (my food diaries are laughable :D ) weight is starting to come off, but my feed is pretty lonely, so it would be nice to see other people's progress, intake, struggles, complaints, triumphs, etc to keep my motivation going. Please feel free to add me and let's get healthy together ;)
