Trying to be honest with myself

Ok - I know all the things I do wrong. I am a total emotional eater. I eat a lot of crap and not a lot of things that are "good" for me. I work on my feet all day so I'm exhausted when I get home and don't exercise the way I should. BUT I really want things to change. I'm trying to tweak things slowly as to not burn myself out and get super discouraged. I've switched my lunch at work from fast food to salad and some fruit. I hate to cook - and I'm dead tired when I get home, so it's easier just to grab something. I NEED TO FIGURE OUT HOW TO MAKE THE NECESSARY CHANGES TO MY LIFE SO THIS IS A LIFESTYLE CHANGE, NOT YET ANOTHER DIET. I'm hoping someone has some hints or direction for me. Thanks in advance.
