I'm new to the website, I need to lose 5 stone. I've started to use a low carb diet (it has worked for me in the past) should i be watching the carbs or the calories

    Hi and welcome! I would stick with calories. Basically start learning now how you plan on eating for the long run (unless you planning on staying low carb permanently). Yes, low carb works for some people, but they usually gain it back when they get off it because they didn't learn how to eat in the meantime. That's what happened with me when I was on NutriSystem (lost then regained when I no longer had the plan to lean back on). Good luck! You'll do great! :smile:
