    power outages suck
    Every day lately there's a hydro crew at the corner of my street
    luckily we never lose power but they seem to be obsessing about my corner

    1. Wind is so disruptive and destructive.
    2. It's gone here, too and I'm glad... downed trees and back roads are a bad combo.
    3. Here's hoping the crews getting the lights back on are allowed to be efficient and do their jobs.

    Just got an email saying it was the largest weather event in company history for the utility I work at.

    1. That's impressive, and not in a good way.
    2. Hopefully with the wind gone there are no more service interruptions.
    3. Going days without electricity sucks, especially when it's cold.

    1) I can't imagine unopened whiskey
    2) I also can't imagine unopened rum
    3) I usually gave at least 3 types of whiskey open for sipping
