2. I hate my husband's alarm.
3. Thinking I might try to get more sleep before the kiddo wakes up.

2. Question, do you think the evening workout might be affecting your sleep some?
3. Yes get you in a little nap when you can.. even a power nap can make a difference..
1. I don't think it is, I've always been a night person.
2. Usually my problem is staying asleep.
3. I'm a really light sleeper.
1. I am very light sleeper too.
2. I can't workout at night cause I am too wired to sleep for too many hours. Does eating too close to bed time affect you?
3. I swear the lights on my computer and phone affect my sleep. If I have not been logged on to either for several hours before I go to sleep, I sleep better. It too might be all in my head as well..0 -

1. Might want to learn to use power naps.. I did and they make my world better.
2. Funny caffeine affects me none, I can drift off to sleep anytime even after loaded coffee..
3. I actually save calories at the end of the night to have a small snack. Last night I did not do the snack, and I was up at 3:04 this morning..lol Funny how different things effect people differently.

1. The pop tart thread made me go eat one. Funny how things like that happen.
2. I am glad to know about the Blue light spectrum effecting my sleep. I will make sure I put away all devices way before bed time from now on.

My nails aren't painted, my legs aren't shaved and I am wearing jeans and a hoodie
Meh, fashion is overrated anyway (I say this to not feel like such a shlub)
