Hello there,
I am 18 years old and i am 1,85 tall and i weigh 63 kilos that means that i am a little bit thin and i am having a problem with my face because when i try to put on mass and try to put on some weight, my face starts to get bigger and all the fat that i consume goes there. I am afraid now to put on mass because of this. Is there a way to put on weight and have a thin face?
Please help me, thank you for your time.

You can't choose where you gain fat, just like you can't spot reduce.

I seriously doubt that all your weight gain and muscle mass is going to your face.2

Only thing I would say is go on an extremely small surplus, like 100 calories and take it real slow. Only thing you could really do. Like Tavis said, can't control where you can the fat.0

The way your body loses and gains actual fat is caused by genetics. Some people lose/gain first in their hips or waist.
I would think that if you have gotten to a healthy body weight and you still find your face objectionably full, that maybe you need to talk to a professional about it. There is such a thing as body dysmorphia, where you can't really see your body (face) the way it actually is. It's a psychological issue.0 -
That's youth for you.0

Some people have chubby faces naturally. You can't spot reduce. I have a thin face and no matter how fat I get it stays small, which makes me look like a pin head. Don't worry about it. You just need to accept yourself and love yourself.4 -
Open and close your mouth repeatedly for 30-60 seconds and repeat 3-4x daily.0

No there's nothing you can do about it. If it's that noticeable chances are you're gaining fat much too quickly, or you just have poor genetics in regards to that0

Well that's a problem that i noticed when i started to eat very much because i was always thin and i want to put on mass. I dont know if it is my genetics but i am doing a lot of cardio playing basketball and lifting weights and still i see my face a little fat.. At the moment i am trying to put on mass with little fat and will see. Thank you for your correspondence.0

The size of your calorie surplus, your training program, and genetics will determine the ratio of fat/muscle. Genetics determines where it goes.0
