What are your stats? How long has it been since you've lost weight? How are you measuring your calorie intake?0

Weight loss has slowed down recently. Have been losing weight for a few months. I'm using scales to track the loss. Not counting calories0

It's normal not to lose for a couple of weeks. Weight loss slowing down isn't a plateau - weight loss isn't linear, even if you are perfect you will lose more some weeks than others, and as you get closer to goal your weight loss will slow down because you don't have as much wiggle room.
If you aren't counting calories, there is really no way to tell what is going on. With none of your stats and numbers, there's really no way to answer your question.
Start logging, commit to do it for 3-4 weeks, and see if you are eating the right amount of calories. You can figure out what you need to change from there, if anything2 -
Kick start weight loss by counting calories & weighing food.1
