    Barbells and bumper plates...or I just get out on my bike and hit the road. I use exercise to combat stress...I don't really stress eat.

    I keep my food environment pretty free of those foods...but there are mini pretzels and animal crackers at work (elementary school). So I cram them in my face. Nothing but lettuce and lean meat in my fridge.

    If I don't care about calories/sodium:
    - sweets (chocolate, cookies, cake)
    - nuts
    - bread (with margarine and PB)
    - chips, crackers

    If I want to stay in calories but eat a lot of something:
    - rice cakes (I bought 4 flavors last week as back up)

    If I'm trying to not stress/emotionally eat:
    - sit in the bedroom, cry, and do anything other than eat.self-harm
