I just bought my first container of PB2, peanut butter powder. Besides the obvious, what are some inventive ways you use this product?

I like it stirred into cooked oatmeal. It's great in vanilla Greek yogurt. Makes a nice dip for apple slices.

They have recipes on their website too. Chinese peanut sauce.

I usually just use it as a mix in for greek yogurt or cottage cheese.

I pretty much only use it for Asian peanut sauce.

That's great. It didn't occur to me to cook with it. I love peanut sauce.

Also wondering about the chocolate pb2. Is it really delicious?

I only tried some this week. I mixed it up with water and spread it on rice cakes. It went a lot farther than regular PB and tasted about the same (I was afraid it would taste like "natural" PB). I tried it in Greek yogurt (only half a serving as that was all I had left) and it made the yogurt taste PB-y.
