Hi All,

My name is Gesit Ramadyan and I came from Indonesia.

Heigth 170 cm and weight 73.4 kg, seems normal right? But guess what.. my body fat is 27% and that number tells me if I'm not quite healty. I admit my belly fat is bigger than common folks around universe

So through this app, hope I can run my healthy diet program and reducing my body fat
