Wazzup SoCal and MyFitnessPals?!

Wazzup dames and gents?! My name is Boudi and I've been ecstatic about this app. The abilties with this thing are incredible and right now, I'm digging the barcode scanner a lot! Who knew that over 5 million foods are in the database?! wow! Eating healthier and being more active is by far easier and more motivating now with all of this awesome information at my fingertips! I've been down to my ideal weight once which is 148lbs. I'm way up to 180lbs now due to an injury and pain medications. Stress is also very heavy on me and I seriously need to jettison a lot of it. Walking and planks are my favorite exercising routines and I dig the mason jar meals. I used to think that mason jars were for 3 things. Canned food, nails and...umm....that silvery looking liquid that's not made from the moon but shines like it! lol But now, I'm going to be following some of those recipes for easy meals to just go get from the fridge.
More intel for ya: I'm 42 years old and I'm about to have my bloodwork done. I'm scared because I know that my blood pressure has been up aome, my cholesterol was elevated last time but my glucose was better but I'm heavier now.
I'm vegetarian for the most part. I avoid meat at all costs if I can. Sometimes a piece of fish or chicken makes its way to my plate. But not often. I'll eat nuts, eggs, dairy, beans, tofu and anything else with protein to avoid meat. Plus vegetarianism is so much healthier.
I've been smoke free for over 3 years now and my lungs are awesome! I feel a really long walk coming tomorrow. Hopefully I can get in 10k steps.
