Greetings and Salutations from my self in Birmingham England

I'm starting this weight loss journey on an odd foot. I'm looking at loosing weight but being healthy longterm and finaly given some assistance from my Doctors who fear my weight is dangerous. This time last year I was 21 stone but now I'm 18 but I've hit an impasse where I don't seem to be loosing anymore. I'm also as my mom says "One biscuit away from diabetes" and threatened with metformin. Problem there then is I'm also disabled how ever I'd call my self a highly active disabled woman as I travel alot sadly that does see my dietry needs coming out of fastfood takeaways. So I'm planning on joining a gym when I get the cash together and of course till then using the free gym at the park ancd clearing my moms (and mine) home out to make room for my incoming fiancee.

Other than that, I am 26, Love Cats and Harry Potter and am cutting down sugars so beware I may get a little mean.

Blessed be

Part of why I'm here, I'm trying to eat better so the food diary will be helpfull to identify problem areas I think. I feel I'm eating more than I would normally which feels wrong but what I'm eating is better food. I do need to work on adding more veg and more water tho looking at yesterdays diary so I need to work out how to have my Spinnach for lunch :D

I get what you mean but compared to what my friends would eat in one meal I wouldn't eat 1/4th of that but this is why I'm here. To identify problem areas

You mention you have some health issues, in which case what you eat can matter just as much as how much you eat. There are a lot of users on this site who are in similar situations.

You mentioned that you like Harry Potter - check out the Challenges section. There are a couple Potter-themed challenges that go on throughout the year. I've done a few and the people running them were really creative with the activities.
