New person here from Scandinavia!
I am attempting to get fit, I don't have any weight to lose to be honest, but I could do without some of the current fat and absolutely gain some muscles. I do not have that much money, but the park in my area has an "outdoor gym", I've not had a closer look yet, but I will try it out for sure. Hopefully there is a description at the different machines, else I will have to guess what to do, haha.
So, who am I? Just a person who's up for a healthier life. I've never been fit before, I've never been strong. I'm usually just playing my music and painting my paintings. This year has already brought some change into my life, the only new year resolution I had was "do not eat chips/crisps or anything as unhealthy that could replace it (referring to cheese doodles)", and so far so good. I also recently switched to a vegetarian diet, and it's going great, I feel better than ever!
I do have a few goals, I want to be able to run 3 km by september (giving myself plenty of time here), and I would like my body to get a more toned appearance, at the moment I feel like a blob, haha.
I suppose that was all I came up with for an introduction.
