Small bag of popcorn, boiled egg. Going to bed a sachet of light hot chocolate made with milk. Carrot/celery/pepper sticks and yoghurts. I try and keep any snacks to less than 200 calories. Hth!!!

Here are some of the things I snack on:
Tomatoes, apples, a small sandwich thin, bananas, carrots, lettuce, cabbage, sunflower or pumpkin seeds in shell, chocolate truffles, 2-finger kitkat, single serving potato chips, single serving ice cream, single serving any kind of snack or candy, a 1/3-1/2 portion of leftovers, yogurt with cucumbers, tea or coffee, popcorn, sugarless gum, diet drinks, sweet corn, 2-3 pieces of dried fruits, pudding, cake, any kind of sweet/salty snack I feel like eating, quick vegetable stir fries, tiny cheese platter with the works (up to 250 calories), salad leaves (I love chewing on them without preparation), any kind of fruits or vegetables I feel like grabbing, hot chocolate... and many more.

Basically I snack on anything up to 250 calories with rare exceptions for some items or when I have too many calories left over.

I don't snack, I eat three (or four) regular meals. I eat anything I want, and aim to get in food from all food groups every day, and from several for each meal.
