It's been week 2 and making progress! Started at 205 witch is the most I ever weighed now at 198. It's important to eat small meals through out the day so your body can burn through it easier and not starve yourself.

It's important to have a consistent calorie deficit, while at the same time eat enough (calories and macro- and micronutrients). Number of meals and meal timing is up to individual preference.1

Meal timing, number of feedings has no bearing on weight loss. Only staying under your maintenance amount of calories is necessary. Metabolism is always working.
I lost 70ish pounds doing Intermittent Fasting. Two meals a day in an eight hour window, and I've kept that weight off for ten years so far.
It's a matter of preference, nothing more.2
