Sweetness by weight

I like to cook and bake by weight. However, now that I'm switching over to Truvia I'm starting to track down conversions but most seem to be American.

A cup of granular Splenda is supposed to weigh the same as granulated sugar. One cup of sugar weighs 200g. Can anyone confirm that a cup of granular Splenda does in fact weigh 200g

For those of you who do cook what is your sweetener of choice

Splenda that measures by volume the same as sugar weighs about 30 grams per cup. The "bulking" agent is maltodextrin, which is a powdery starch, and is very lightweight.

There are Splenda and sugar blends, which I have not used, so I don't know how much 1 cup of that weighs.

My experience is it does not. The granulated splenda for baking measures cup for cup (volume) equivalent to sugar. In terms of calories, use grams and weigh it. There are entries here that have correct calories for splenda in grams.
