Well, I've been wondering how long it would take before I'd start to crack. Two weeks. I know my calories for today are not accurate and I know I'll go over maintenance (went over by like 600 yesterday) because it is my first kid-free day in 3 years and DH and I are going out. Now I'm out of cookies (my weakness) and I will be under maintenance tomorrow.
So what do you do to get back into it after a bad day (or weekend)? Is there any particular food/meal combination that you have found to reduce the craving to snack all day?

Well, I'm coming back from a full year of not being on track. But in general, just drinking more water helps (I know, you hear it all the time). It also gets easier with time ignoring specific cravings, you just have to tell yourself its not worth how you'll feel later if you eat it. Sometimes its hard to follow this advice but it is the most sound advice I've heard and followed. Good luck!1
