If your wanting to not feel bloated is it a good idea to not eat bread at all..(even tho I love it)

    Bread doesn't make me bloat.... I don't eat a lot of it because I prefer other things, but have no issue eating it. If it makes you bloat, you need to determine whether you'd rather avoid it or just eat it anyway...

    If you love bread, it's a good idea to find out if the bloating is real before you cut it out, and if the bloating is real, if it's the bread that causes it - everybody bloats these days, and we aren't eating more bread than before.

    I love rye bread and pumpernickel bread - denser so higher cals per slice but much tastier, I'm happy to compromise. Don't think I could do no bread at all.

    Bread doesn't make me bloat. In fact, when I joined MFP I started eating bread. Prior to MFP I didn't eat much bread at all ... didn't particularly care for it. But when I was on the net 1250 cal diet for my first 16 weeks, I craved bread, so I started eating it. Now I have at least one slice every day. :)

    Peanuts, on the other hand, do make me bloat.

    I'm not sure what being bloated feels like. And I eat plenty of bread.

    Lots of sodium causes bloat for me. Bread certainly doesn't, and I eat at least two slices of it almost every day. Unless you have some kind of intolerance, I can't see why it should cause you to bloat.

    Bread will only make you feel bloated if you are gluten intolerant.
