so I just took my heat rate after an afternoon of landscaping and some dinner, 63 BPM. is that good?

Everyone has a different resting heart rate. Yours is average.0

Generally we would consider the average range for heart rate to be between 60 and 100. Some really fit people will have a lower resting heart rate, like in the 50s or maybe even 40s.0
