Loosing interest in my current strength-training routine and am looking for things that demand more attention. I used to do a routine that worked arms and back and legs in a long, fluid motion while holding weights, but it was so long ago I forgot what it was.
Anybody have suggestions?

single-leg rdl -someone suggested that, I'm looking for more things like this

Squats, pendlay rows, bench press, overhead press, deadlifts lunges, Bulgarian split squats. All the fun ones

One leg bending forward holding d-bells in your hands, upper leg moves to horizontal, a lot of balancing act. Push-ups on the Bosu-ball. Jumping lunges with legs switch in the air. Superman hold. Plyo jumps and turn around in the air, or plyo jumps and legs tuck in the air

How about learning Olympic lifts (Snatch and Clean & Jerk)? They're both highly technical and compound movements (use multiple muscle groups).

Split squats really made me focus on balance. I think curtsy lunges are good for this too, especially with the barbell. Also ski squats with the barbell. Step-ups with dumbbells; obviously the higher you step the harder it is and the more balance it requires, and focusing on stepping down slowly can make it even harder.
