High protein, low carb, daily workouts

I am looking for friends with open diaries to share meal ideas. I am 32 years old, 145lbs and following a high protein 150g, low carb 113g and 1500cal daily diet. If you follow a similar plan please add me so we can share food ideas and help to inspire one another to achieve our goals.
