    Hello!

I've had an Apple watch for 14 months and I love it! I've only used MFP since January. I love my watch because it reminds me to move, I sit at a desk all day. Setting a move goal, and watching the dial fill is a good motivator for me.

I recommend setting your weight loss goals to 1lb per week. That's the best way to make a lifestyle change that you can maintain as opposed to a quick-fix solution.

I have two boys, 5-1/2 and 1, and I'm ready to work at losing the baby weight. I'd love to be your MFP friend :)

LOG !! LOG & LOG! Just make sure you hold yourself accountable for the food that you are eating.Don't drink your calories. I like to weigh my food because I had a problem with portion control didn't realize i was eating 2x-3x more than a serving size. I also have a desk job but try to get 10-15k steps before & after work just walking around the house. i do not go to the gym or walk outside all my steps are indoors. Occasional using youtube videos for zumba & kickboxing. I have been on mfp & using my fit watch for 6 months and have lost 61lbs. You can do this !!! feel free to send me a friend request.
