Im just starting to try again. Its hard to keep on the right track when im doing it alone. Im trying for 60-70 lbs. I work at a fast food place and it hard to ignore the temptation of pop or eating there. Any one have any good tips. I want to lose the weight by summer.

Well... Does your work also serve non-sweet iced tea?
That might be a huge step in the right direction. Calories from drinks are one of the worst kind because they don't fill you up.
Also, a lot of fast food places serve salads now.
I know it's not easy. I worked in a restaurant during college too. It's too easy to just snack on some crappy food during a busy rush.
Pre-planning your snack might be your best option. Have them ready when the hunger hits, otherwise you'll just grab whatever is closest and it'll probably be junk food.0 -
One major advantage to working in a fast food place is that the nutritional information is readily available to you. Scope out the nutritional information for items you enjoy and make a plan that fits that food into your calorie goal for the day.0

Good advice above. Make healthier decisions when you can, drink lots of water. I prep my snacks the night before work and take them with me to work. Try eliminating items from what you order or make there, I often eat sandwiches without the bun or bread and without sauces and cheese. Someone else had mentioned if your company offers salads, go for that over fried foods. Don't give up0

Most fast food places offer diet pop, often sugar free lemonade or iced tea, and salads or other lower calorie options.0

If they let you pack your lunch bring your own.
I eat a lean crusine 160 cal lunch and a yogurt light 6 ounce everyday for lunch and your only looking at 250 cal a lunch. And drink water as much as possible.
I am sure it's hard to smell all that fat food all the time but none of it is going to get you results.
Salads? Ok but no dressing or very little and stay away from croutons.
If I had to eat there I would be getting grilled chicken and cutting it up tossing the bread.
Good luck0
