Although I get mine from a butchers I use the entry from a large supermarket chain (Tesco) and just amend the weight.

I tend to search for "chicken breast usda" and pick the entry (for raw) where 100g = 165cals.

what do I do if it's on bone? De-bone?

Honestly... I only ever buy the simple chicken breasts, no bones no skin... so I really can't help you there :disappointed:

You could weight the bone when you're done eating it and subtract that from your raw before cooking value. Not sure how accurate it would be though...

Since you don't eat the bones you either de-bone (but for some dishes you may be losing a little bit of flavour) or you do weight with bone minus leftover bones. There you go.
