Looking for a scale that matches doctors offices. I'm always 2 lbs lighter than in the Drs. Which one is my true weight? I use a weight watchers scale I've had for at least 5 years. I don't need fancy schmancy.

The actual number matters less than the trend. If you're getting consistent readings with your current scale (sounds like you are) I wouldn't bother replacing it.0

When you weigh yourself at home are you wearing the exact same clothing when you are at the doctors?
Weight flucutates throughout the day, you will weigh different amounts at different times in the day.2 -
If your scales is ALWAYS 2lbs lighter then I really don't see the problem.
There's no guarantee which is accurate anyway.
BTW - might be worth taking your WW scales in to the Doctor's next time and see the true difference under exactly the same conditions at the same time.
I had two sets of bathrooms scales that always had the same divergence and when I tested against a properly calibrated scale it was the cheap set that was accurate.
