Didn't add to food log this weekend

I confess I screwed up royally this weekend by eating out 2x a day no exercise and no healthy foods eaten so I didn't log because I was too afraid to know my calorie intake on a better note I promised today I'd start the week fresh exercise daily and eat healthy meals

I like to log, it's much harder to be in denial that way, lol. But as long as it's just once in a while... *shrug*0

I fell off the wagon yesterday, Superbowl at a Wild Wings. Oh well, I did calculate all of my calories and the number is large, but after adding the calories for the week, I did not go over my maintenance number, so I should not have a gain. Moving forward.0
