Yo-yo Diet Addict

Hello all! I am new to My Fitness Pal and a chronic dieting yo-yo person. 2 years ago i was down to 105 lbs and now I'm back up to 138 lbs and NOT happy. That may not seem like a lot to some, but 4 ft 11 inches, it shows. My new goal is to change up my fitness throughout the week. I cannot go to the gym as it almost torturous for me to do the same routines all the time. I enjoy hiking, swimming, and biking. Any tips or suggestions would be welcome and encouragement is always nice too! Good luck to you all!
