Noob looking to be adopted...

I'm a married woman in my forties looking to lose about 40 pounds and get healthy. I used to be a sugar addict, but I'm quickly getting addicted to exercise instead. :) I would really like some help with food prep and eating cleaner. I'm a full time working mom who goes to the gym a couple of hours a day and I need ways to simplify my life and avoid eating out due to time constraints. (Would prefer another woman, a working mom would be even better.)

    It can be hard to be consistent with something like this. My biggest suggestion would be to search these boards for tips, there is so much information!
