I wanted to share this with all of you! I made this a few weeks ago and want to make it again this week. It's a super delicious stir-fry that I basically just kind of created!
I sautee boneless skinless chicken breast in olive oil until cooked through
Then I add in a bag of Bird's Eye Asian Medley veggies and let those cook
I add fresh mushroom slices
I then add Shirataki noodles (tofu noodles) the angel hair kind
Finally, I top it all with a few tablespoons of low-sodium teriyaki sauce
it's AMAZING and if you put enough noodles in (those noodles are fantastic, a little wet, but with 0g of everything basically, they're perfect!) it tastes like lo-mein!

I've never had Shirataki noodles, but I'm willing to give anything a try at least once. Thanks for sharing!0
