Special occasion menus? (Valentine's)

I usually cook at home for Valentine's, as the crowdedness, prices, and getting a babysitter don't really appeal. So far, this is my plan, but I'd love to hear your favorite "special occasion" meal. Bonus points if it's not calorie suicide.
Roasted broccoli with garlic and lemon
Easy scallop scampi: http://www.aspicyperspective.com/easy-scallop-scampi/2/
Wild mushroom risotto: https://thisoldgal.com/pressure-cooker-best-wild-mushroom-risotto/
And I haven't settled on a dessert yet, but chocolate lava cakes are likely. They're very rich, but also make just the two servings, no leftovers. http://www.dessertfortwo.com/molten-chocolate-cakes-video/

We do steak. I love a good bone in rib eye.0

Ribeye steak, shrimp and roasted Brussels sprouts.0

Yeah, we will probably do the steak thing too, because its really easy to calculate the calorie count!! Hubbie is a pie guy, whereas I will spend my extra calories on wine!0

We get take-out or go at lunch (less people). Sometimes it's just eating chocolate.0

Cooking at home - steak, and I'll spring for a nicer cut, and/or steamed clams.

My husband usually cooks dinner that night. Typically we have steak but this year I think we're having lobster tail, which excites me!1

We keep valentine's day simple. Our wedding anniversary is only 3 weeks after, so we splurge more for our anniversary and it is less crowded.
We usually cook at home and have filets, homemade onion strings, asparagus, homemade bread and some kind of dessert from dessertfortwo.com (LOVE that website!). I think this year we are doing chocolate cobbler with vanilla ice cream.
In the past I have also made chicken parmigiana with my homemade marinara, but it takes all day to cook and I hate making it, but it is my husband's fave. So that is for SUPER special occasions.
Oh and wine.0 -
There will be wine.
Unless there's beer. Cutting back the beer has been the hardest part of this whole journey.
We do often do steak, but the other half only really considers it a special occasion if he smokes the meat, and the weather is challenging for that right now (-25C or so).0 -
We always do dinner at home. Either prawns or scallops to start, steak with mushrooms, onions, potatoes and salad then some type of dessert, and wine0

We're going to try our hand at making our own sushi! Also wine, probably. Or chammpagne. And fancy chocolate. Maybe chocolate covered strawberries.0
