I don't have a gym pass, so no access to the readily available weights their.
And at home, I only have 2 hand weights I purchased from a second hand store a while ago.
Also, right now I'm going through a less than ideal budget problem.

Anyway, My question is, is it possible to gain muscle with out weights? And if so, how?
Thanks for you help!!

Hi..yes there are. You can tone up and work your cardio at the same time utilizing your own body weight. Calisthenics ie pushups t pushups planks squats jumping jacks etc. Free weights are ideal...but don't let your budget stand in the way of moving forward with yiur fitness goals. Feel free to ask if interested in routines. Good luck.

Google You Are Your Own Gym. That should be able to get you started. I've also seen mentioned on here Convict Conditioning. You could try that too.

If you have a few spare bucks you could also get some fitness bands or look on Craigslist for cheap weights.

No weights needed, just your own body.

I have to inform you though that you won't build a lot of muscle if compared to those using free weights/machines and your muscle gains will cap out after prolong calisthenics eg. 6months into it
