Sharing evolution))

Hi !
I am Laura from Spain, living in Germany.
I have always been a sports lover, however for the first time in my life I am taking this seriously )) Just wanted to share my experience and know about yours !
Currently I am following a 1700 cal diet with 30% fat 35% carbs and 35% protein. My weight is 51 kg and height 157 cm. The 35% protein is the equivalent of 170 gr. per day (is it necessary to take so much protein? Can it have negative consequences on my health? Internet says maybe, people say no.
My current objective is the transformation of fat into muscle, because if I go directly for an strict leaning I see myself way to small. After 3 weeks I will check if I should reduce the calories to 1600 or just keep going (I am in the second week and I can see progress).
Once I can see my six-pack I will start with bulking. The main thing I have learned about this world is that all bodies are different and that you should be patient and keep trying new methods and discovering yourself.
