reflexion yoga???

Does anyone use Reflexion Yoga? I see there is a living social deal for it, and I was wondering if anyone has feedback on that site. I used to do yoga regularly quite a few years ago, and am ready to get back into it, but I am a LOT heavier now and don't want to go to any of the yoga places around here.

    Never heard of it. I checked it out on-line, reading a few of the bios. The bios are very vague - it doesn't say how long they've practiced, who they studied with, or what their level is. Personally, I would pass. I would check out: yogaglo, ihanuman, free podcasts, or your local library.
