Hi. Just wondering if there are any other UK peeps looking for motivational buddies? I'm 42, female, and have 3 stone to lose. Did MFP a while back and lost two stone but then became very ill a few years ago and gradually put it back on. Now nearly back to full health and feel fat as hell but determined!
