Here's a smoothie recipe I've been liking this past week, there's room for tweeks in the flavor. Good for post workout or between meal snack
Keto Smoothie:

1 About 32oz 2 Minutes
Ingredients
1 tbsp MCT Oil
2 tbsp Flax Meal
2 tbsp Chia Seeds
1 Scoop Whey Protein low carb/ no carb
2 cups Frozen Spinach or Kale
5 cubes Ice
3 cups Water
2 tsp Matcha green tea powder or cocoa powder depending on protein powder flavor. I recommend ISO Pure zero carb protein powder. Use after a workout or between meal snack.
