Getting Calories Up on Paleo

Hi there. Looking for advice please. Have recently committed to a Paleo lifestyle ( have read many times it's great for pcos and fertility as we are doing ivf next month). Just needing advise on getting calories up. Sitting at 900cals a day, and needing more on workout days. Anyone else living the Paleo lifestyle.

    nuts...fattier cuts of meat...saute or roast veggies with good cooking oils...more meat in general...eat sweet potatoes and whatnot.

    Depends on what you like to eat, but nuts and nut butters are a good source of fats and calories. There is at least one paleo group here, and a ton of websites online with fantastic recipes!
  • Thanks heaps, not a fan of nuts but do love kumura which I completely forgot I can have.
