The Low-Extra-Time-Support thread

I like the idea of online support but also am super busy so here's the idea for my group:
1. Check in to the thread when you wake up and say your goals for the day (30 seconds)
2. Report back at end of day (exercise and eating complete) on how you did (1 minute)
3. Offer support and encouragement to another member or members each day (1 minute)
Total investment < 5 minutes but a place to find support and accountability. If this interests you, let me know and if I get at least two takers. I can start a daily thread titled (LETS - low extra time support) Thread and we can try it for a week and see how it feels. LEP
