Hey, I am 45 and have always been pretty active. I move a lot for my job, I teach yoga, give massage, and generally eat pretty healthy. Except, I have a huge sweet tooth. My ideal weight is about 115-120. I usually keep steady at 135 when I eat what I want.
My goal is 1lb a week until I get to about 115. I haven't seen this weight in about 15 years. hmmm. Any tips? I am 5'2" and really do need to maintain less weight.

Sweet tooth! I totally understand that one! I'm on my 2nd day of no sweets, in fact! Please feel free to add me because I'd love to be on the journey with someone who understands the sugar addiction. We'll kick that disgusting crap into next Tuesday!
Also on a weight loss journey, aiming for 25 lbs off.
What helped me kick start dropping sugar was simply reading about how harmful it is. Once you refresh your memory of how harmful it actually is, you'll naturally start thinking of what to replace it with. I'm doing greek yogurt, but you could probably even buy a stalk of celery or something. Planning your meals, if you aren't already, is probably a good bet when trying to change an eating habit. Let's do it!1
