PM Hungries! Grrrr...

I've been on my plan for 2 weeks and really like it. My main issue is that, while I have almost no appetite from morning to lunch (have to remember to eat) from about 3pm on I am RAVENOUS!!! I think about eating almost every minute until bed. It's causing me to go over my calorie goal and I'm really annoyed by this. PS - if I drink any more fluid, I'll have to wear Depends just to be able to sit in one spot long enough to get any work done.
Any ideas other than "drink water"??

If you are naturally more hungry in the evening, then shift your calories around. Eat lighter through the day and save the calories. If you are miserable or constantly going over, you won't stick with it for long, so go with it.
Also re-evaluate your calorie goal. When I try to eat too little I feel like gnawing someone's arm off.1 -

I did just as you said and feel MUCH better. Two days at or under goal. THANKS!0 -
Don't buy stuff you can snack on. Maybe try some protein with chia seeds. It's pretty low in calories but the chia helps make you feel full. Good for ya too.0
