Hello!
I am 155cm and 59.2kg. I want to have a flat tummy and loose weight without being tired. I tried Myfitnesspal apps since 2015 and lost 4kg in just 1 year. Since then my weight had been 57kg-60kg depends on the amount of food i take per day. I am a lean body type and am hoping to
loose more weight in order to gained firm muscles . Can anyone advice me or share me any specific meal plan or exercise? Many thanks xx

You're also at a healthy weight for your height. Maybe you can look into body recomposition which is where you eat at maintenance and lift using a progressive resistance program. It is slow going but you can change the way you look without changing your weight.
