    Welcome! Make sure you weigh your food properly, and don't over estimate your workout calories too much. Depending on your BMI, don't try drastic weight loss goals.
    As long as you have a solid weight-loss goal on MFP and follow through daily, you will lose the weight for sure! Don't worry about the scale so much, as weight is not a stable number, usually fluctuates throughout the day. I can "gain" 2-3 kilograms depending on the water retention.
